General Terms and Conditions
Welcome to ALEOLI Me Time Studio. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or attending any class or childcare session. By purchasing, booking, or participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.
8-hour Late Cancellation Policy
All cancellations within 8 hours of a scheduled class will be considered "Late Cancellations" and will result in a loss of session. Unlimited memberships will incur a $15 fee.
No Show Policy
ALEOLI ME TIME enforces a strict No Show Policy. No-shows will lose one session. Unlimited/Annual memberships will incur a $20 fee.
Wait List Policy
Adding yourself to the waitlist is the same as signing up for the class. You can be added up to 2 hours prior to the class
start time. If you can no longer attend the class, you must remove yourself from the waitlist. If you are added to the class
late cancel and no show policies will apply.
Late Arrival Policy
If it is the clients first time at ALEOLI ME TIME, please arrive 10-15 minutes early. We provide clients with a
walkthrough of the equipment and space and give a rundown of what to expect during class. If the client arrives after class
starts we will not be able to let them into class for their safety, and they will be asked to return another time. Class credits
will not be returned.
Existing clients may be turned away from class if arriving after 5 minutes of class start time or their spot may be given to
someone on the waitlist. Class credits will not be returned.
This policy is in place for your safety and respect of our clients and instructors.
Dress Code Policy
ALEOLI ME TIME wants you to come to class fully prepared for physical activity. This includes grip socks (required) for reformer classes, athletic shorts/pants, athletic t-shirt, towel and water. We do sell grip socks in the studio if you don't own any. Mat classes (yoga or mat pilates) require a mat towel, we also rent towels for $5.
Age Policy
You must be at least 14 years old to workout with us. Children under the age of 16 must accompanied by a parent or
legal guardian.
Membership Cancellation or Pause Policy
If you wish to cancel a monthly recurring membership contract, you must do so via written request to us at
info@aleolicafe.com with 30 days advance notice of your next billing date, or your card will continue to be charged.
If you come across extenuating circumstances and you need to cancel or pause your membership immediately you can
choose to terminate early for a $99 fee. If you choose to pause your membership, you can only pause your account once
in a calendar year for up to 1 month. We make accommodations for medical reasons.
Failed Payment / Declined Card Policy
A valid payment method must be maintained on file at all times.
If a scheduled payment is declined, the membership will be considered past due.
All upcoming class and Playcare reservations will be automatically canceled if payment is not successfully processed.
Access to booking and studio services may be restricted until the balance is paid in full.
It is the client’s responsibility to update payment information promptly to avoid interruptions in service.
After four (4) consecutive declined payment attempts, the membership will be automatically terminated.
Upon termination due to failed payments:
Any previous or promotional pricing will no longer be honored.
Client must re-purchase a membership at the current market rate.
An enrollment fee will apply to rejoin.
