Welcome to ALEOLI Me Time Studio. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or attending any class or childcare session. By purchasing, booking, or participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.

1. Membership Terms

• All memberships are non-refundable.

• Memberships provide access to book classes, not guaranteed placement.

• Class availability is subject to capacity, demand, and booking windows.

• All sales are final.

Booking & Cancellation

• Classes may be booked up to 9 days in advance.

• Cancellations within 8 hours of class time are considered late cancellations.

• No-shows result in loss of session and applicable fees for total memberships.

• Late arrival may result in denied entry for safety reasons.

Playcare

• Playcare is subject to staffing, capacity, and scheduling guidelines.

• Playcare must be scheduled in advance.

• Missed or unattended playcare reservations may be recorded as no-shows.

• Operational assistance by staff does not alter playcare policy terms.

Waitlist

• Joining a waitlist is the same as booking a class.

• If moved into a class from the waitlist, standard cancellation and no-show policies apply.

Membership Pause

• Memberships may be paused once per calendar year for up to one month under standard policy.

• Any pause beyond this is a courtesy and does not create precedent.

Acknowledgment
By enrolling, clients acknowledge and agree to all ALEOLI policies as signed electronically at the time of registration.
