Gift Cards Terms

seasonal Gift Cards are valid for one-time use per account only.

Gift Card validity begins on the date of the first visit or first redemption attempt, whichever occurs first.

From that first visit, the Gift Card will remain valid for three (3) consecutive months.

The Gift Card will automatically expire at the end of the three-month period and cannot be extended, paused, or reactivated.

Expired Gift Cards are void and non-redeemable.

Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.

Gift Cards must be redeemed in a single transaction; any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Gift Cards are non-transferable, may not be resold, and may only be used by the original account holder.

Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards cannot be replaced.

Gift Cards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated.

Gift Cards may only be used toward eligible ALEOLI services and products, as determined by ALEOLI.

ALEOLI reserves the right to modify or discontinue Gift Card programs at any time, in compliance with applicable law.

Any misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms may result in immediate cancellation of the Gift Card without compensation.
