💡 How to Add a Family Member to Your Mindbody Account

Want to book Playcare, Mommy & Me, or family services at ALEOLI? You’ll need to add your little one (or other family members) to your account first! Follow these simple steps:

✨ On the Mindbody App

1. Open the Mindbody App and log in.
2. Tap the Profile icon (bottom right).
3. Tap My Profile.
4. Scroll down and select Add Family Member.
5. Enter your child or family member’s name, birthday, and other details.
6. Save — and you’re done!

🍼 Note: For Playcare, children must be between 6 months and 6 years old.

💻 On a Desktop or Web Browser

1. Visit mindbodyonline.com and log in to your account.
2. Click your name in the top-right corner, then select Profile.
3. Find the section for Family Members.
4. Click “+ Add Family Member”.
5. Fill in your family member’s info and save.

👶 Booking for Children

• Once your child is added, you can book Playcare through our app.
• Select your child’s name when booking an appointment.
• For open play, book directly through our website — no account needed.
