Workplace & Professional Standards
Personal food and drinks are not permitted in ALEOLI refrigerators, prep fridges, freezers, or food storage areas.
Employee water bottles must be stored under the register / front desk area.
Personal cell phone use during working hours is not permitted except for emergencies or work-related communication approved by management.
Team members are expected to remain focused on their assigned responsibilities while on the clock and minimize distractions.
All workstations must remain clean, organized, and operational throughout the entire shift — not only at opening and closing.
Every team member is responsible for cleaning as they go and maintaining ALEOLI standards throughout the day.
Welcoming every guest with a smile and eye contact is mandatory for all team members working in the Front of House.
All kitchen and barista team members must have their hair completely up at all times. Approved styles: bubble ponytail, braid ponytail, or a full updo. No exceptions during shift.
Every team member has their own Toast access code to take orders and is responsible for all open transactions under their name. Before leaving your shift, review and close all open transactions accordingly.
Matching team t-shirts are expected without exception. New team members are the only exception until their shirt is provided.
Clocking in and out is your responsibility. Any time correction must be requested through Connecteam with a clear justification — otherwise the time will not be included in the payment period. If your closing time exceeds more than 30 minutes beyond your assigned end time, a justification message must be sent along with your clock-out.
