Playcare key points:

Temporary Childcare – Key Information
Usage Limits

  • Available for children aged 6 months to 6 years.

  • Parents/caregivers may reserve one or two hours per day, with a maximum of 12 hours per week.

  • Parents must remain on-site at all times during the session.

Check-In & Pagers

  • Parents will be given a pager upon check-in.

  • They must wear it at all times while their child is in care.

  • If paged, parents have 5 minutes to return and attend to their child.

Staffing & Safety

  • Our trained team ensures a safe, engaging environment with age-appropriate activities.

  • Staff ratio:

    • 1 nanny per 4 crawlers

    • 1 nanny per 6 walkers

Parental Responsibilities

  • Parents/caregivers are responsible for personal care needs, including:

    • Diaper changes

    • Injury or accidents

    • Excessive crying (over 10 minutes)

    • Signs of illness

Liability Waiver

  • A signed liability waiver is required to participate.

Parent Access & Booking

  • Parents can access the playroom at any time during their reservation.

  • Time slots must be booked in advance via our website or app.
